Steps
| 1. | Launch Jiwa |
| 2. | Connection Name - select from the drop down list |
| 3. | Authentication - select from the drop down list. Jiwa Authenication uses the SQL user details. Windows Authentication uses your Windows login details |
| 4. | Login and Password - type in your user name and password |
| 5. | Click Connect |
Common errors that can occur at login are:

The password provided is incorrect | Type in a valid pasword for the login name |
